Bible Quiz lets you practice, compete in, and run Bible quiz matches across multiple formats. Some functionality works offline and syncs when a connection is available. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for any unlawful purpose, don't attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it, don't misuse other people's data, and don't harass other users. We may suspend or end access that violates these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the rosters, match records, and other content you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to host and process that content to operate the Service for you and your organization.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Bible Quiz and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our marks beyond using the Service as intended.

App stores

If you download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store's terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service and are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent they apply.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bible Quiz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
